Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
Faro Airport has quality shopping options, including duty-free for those travelling outside of the European Union. Shops at the airport include vendors of: local handicrafts, clothing, electronics, music CDs, newsagents, book shops and gift shops.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
The choice of eateries at Faro Airport is also good, with several cafés, a buffet restaurant and two bars scattered the terminal building. The rooftop café is a favourite among visitors and also offers children's menus.
Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities
A bureau de change booth can be found in the Arrivals concourse along with a post office, and there are banks in both the Arrivals and Departures concourses. Cash machines can also be found in convenient locations, while public telephones are scattered throughout the terminal.

Disabled Facilities
Disabled persons facilities at Faro Airport meet international aviation standards, with specially adapted toilets for wheelchairs, elevators and ramps where necessary, and special assistance or wheelchairs provided by the airport.
